Welcome to DigiGadget.in. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale of all products, including New, Open-Box, and Refurbished electronics.

1. Product Condition & Warranty

  • Inventory Types: We offer products in multiple conditions (New, Open-Box, and Refurbished). The exact condition is mentioned on each product page.
  • Warranty: New items carry a manufacturer warranty. Open-Box and Refurbished items are covered exclusively by the DigiGadget Seller Warranty for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, software tampering, or "change of mind" after the seal is broken.

2. Shipping & Delivery Logistics

  • Pan-India Shipping: We deliver to all major pincodes across India via reputed courier partners.
  • Standard Dispatch: Orders placed before 11:30 AM IST ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 business hours.
  • Bengaluru Same-Day Delivery:
    • Available for orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
    • Delivery Fee: Rs. 100/-.
    • Note: Same-day service is NOT available on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.
📦 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO: To protect against transit damage or missing items, customers **MUST** record a continuous unboxing video (from seal-breaking to power-on). Claims for physical damage or "wrong item" without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. A 2.5% processing fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable gateway charges.
  • 7-Day Dispute Window: Any issues, defects, or cancellation requests must be reported within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Requests after this period will not be entertained.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for:
    1. Verified hardware defects or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) units.
    2. Delivery of a product that does not match the order description.

4. General Terms

  • Price & Stock: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, a 100% refund is issued.
  • Governing Law: All transactions and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
